Hello
My name is Amanda Mingo
My love for physical movement began at an early age when my mom enrolled me in dance class. I loved all aspects of class the way it made me feel, the friends, and the confidence it built in me not only emotionally but physically. I went on to dance in college and other outlets as I grew up. However, as a dancer seeking more jobs I quickly realized that I was not going to pay the bills.
I then ventured into the world of fitness. I first got my group fitness certification: followed by my Pilates, Kickboxing, Zumba, BootCamp and many more formats. Then, I became intrigued with Personal Training. So...I became ACSM certified and built my clientele. It was not until I found myself as a single mom realizing that my professional background to support these 2 beautiful little girls god had blessed me with was just not going to do it in my eyes.
I then ventured into the big world of Physical Therapy which has led me to where I am today! I am happily married now to my husband Jay and between us we have 5 kids to keep us busy and on our toes. We enjoy so many activities as a family such as hiking, camping, fishing, boating, downhill skiing, hunting, and so much more.
My journey in life thus far has guided me to a wide range of education to help all walks of life meet their goals whether it be weight loss, strength, better quality of life for activities of daily living, sports specific, or post injury I am hear to help. It is my pleasure, and with so much appreciation and gratitude to assist all clients in their journey to a better physically active life.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
